Once a product has been created in ShopHub, merchants will be able to publish the product across multiple channels/stores.
This article is using publishing a product to Shopee as an example to demonstrate.
You can publish products through below:
1, quick publishing: go to Complete product information > product publishing process
2, add to store: products will be added into [Draft box] of the channel, you can publish them later in the draft box interface
Please note
- Publishing products on authorized stores, the store authorization status on ShopHub must be authorized and enabled.
- Different sales channels has different rules on the required product information, please fill in the product information accordingly before publishing the products.
1. Create a new product
First, create the products in ShopHub, please refer: How to Create Products on ShopHub?
In order to reduce the workload of filling in required product information after adding the product to sales channels before publishing, it is recommended to fill out the product information as complete as possible.
Quick Publishing
2. Click “Quick Publishing”
Go to “Product” > “Product Library”:
please tick the products and then click “Quick publish” at the bottom.
Select the authorized store that merchant want to add. As mentioned above, we will take Shopee for example, so select “Shopee”.
3. Complete product information & Pulish
Fill in the product information according to Shopee’s requirements.
Click [Save & Next], ShopHub will automatically create this product in the [Draft box]
Click on “Publish” under Action column to publish the product, when merchant received notification like the screenshot below, click “Okay”. And that means the product had successfully published and merchants will be able to find the product in “Product” > “Shopee” > “Online”.
Add to store
2. Click “Add to store”
Go to “Product” > “Product Library”:
- For adding single product, please click the "Add to store" in the Action column
- For adding products in bulk, please tick the products and then click “Add to store” at the bottom.
Select the authorized store that merchant want to add. As mentioned above, we will take Shopee for example, so select “Shopee”.
When added successfully, there will be a pop-up prompt, then click [View now] and jump to the [Draft box] of corresponding channel
3. Complete product information & Pulish
The product has been added to a store, will first show in the sales channel's "Draft".
On the left menu, please click "Product" > "Shopee" > "Draft"，find the product and click “Edit”.
Fill in the product information according to Shopee’s requirements.
Click [Save] to save information of products in the draft box. Click [Draft box] > [Publish]
