Introduction of Permission Settings

You can create a sub-account for your staff and configure its permissions so as to let your staff help manage your online store.

 

1. How to use permission settings

1) Create a role

Step1  【Settings】> 【Permission settings】, click 【Create a role】 at top right corner

Step2  Enter role information

Enter the role name (E.G. operator, warehouse staff). Select pages(currently provide second-level menu page only) available for views and operations of this role based on his job duty, then click 「Save」 to complete the creation.

2) Create a sub-account

Step1  【Settings】> 【Permission settings】, click 【Create a role】 at top right corner

Step2  Enter sub-account information

When selected role, configured permissions of it will automatically take effective in the sub-account. Click 「Save」 to complete the creation of sub-account. Staff can log in with entered email address.

Step3 Sub-account Application

Staff can use sub-account to log in to ShopHub with entered email address, and operate based on role permissions

 

2. Sub-account Management

1) Edit/Modify sub-account information

Click Permission settings > Sub-account management, click 「Edit」 to enter the page, then you can modify sub-account information based on your demands

Tip: when modified sub-account information, user should log in to that account again for modifications take effective.

 

2) Delete a sub-account

Click Permission settings > Sub-account management, click 「Delete」 at right side to delete roles

Tip: if the sub-account is being used and get deleted, any operation will cause forced logout of the account, and user cannot log in to deleted account.

3.Role Management

1) Edit/Modify a role

Click Permission settings >  Role management, click 「Edit」 at right side to enter the page, then you can modify role permissions based on your demands.

Tip: when modified role permission, sub-account in use need to be logged in again for modifications take effective

 

2) Delete a role

Click  Permission settings >  Role management, click  「Delete」 at right side to delete the role.

Tip: if the sub-account is being used and get deleted, any operation will cause forced logout of the account, and user cannot log in to deleted account.
