The file includes product name, variations, SPU & SKU information, and images URL. Please fill in the information for every product as completely as possible. ShopHub currently doesn’t support the bulk update feature for products already in ShopHub. After a product is created or imported to ShopHub, it is required to update the product information individually.

Required fields

  • Product name, Variations, and ShopHub SKU are required for all products.
  • Variations and variation image URL are required for products with variations.
  • ShopHub SKU and ShopHub SPU are important parameters in ShopHub system.

SKU is stock keeping unit that is used to distinguish individual products as well as individual variations of a product with multiple variations.

When a product has multiple variations, and each variation has their own SKU, we can use SPU, standardized product unit, to distinguish this product with other products.

For example, a product Tshirt has 3 variations of color: blue, red, and green. Merchant can use SPU Tshirt1 to distinguish this product with other products, and SKUs Tshirt1-Blue, Tshirt1-Red, Tshirt1-Green to distinguish individual variations.

ShopHub system uses ShopHub SKU and ShopHub SPU to inventory and to connect the products on all integrated sales channels. So please pay attention to ShopHub SKU and ShopHub SPU when filling in the file.

Images URL

  • All images URL must start with http://, https:// or ftp://.
  • In case a product has multiple product images, please fill in the image links in the Image URL columns, each link in each column.

Tips: How to get the URL of images

Merchants can upload their images to an online photo service supporting multiple uploading and public links like Imgur. After uploading, they can open the photo in a new tab, right-click and select “Copy Image URL” to copy the URL.

Note

  • There are 3 example products in the “Product Import Template” file, please remove the example products before importing to ShopHub.
  • Please do NOT delete or change the column order of this file, otherwise, the file will not be imported successfully.
  • The uploaded file must be saved as .xls or .xlxs format, and the file size cannot exceed 2MB.
