After authorizing sales channel stores to ShopHub, the orders from the sales channels will be synced to ShopHub automatically. For the detailed information about ShopHub Automation, please refer to: ShopHub Automation
How to authorize a store:
Merchants can sync orders manually or enable auto-sync order feature in Order Settings to fetch the most updated order information to ShopHub.
Manually synchronize your orders from authorized channel stores
Step 1. Sync Orders
On the “Orders” > "Ship Orders" tab, please find the sync order option on the right upper corner and click the “Sync Orders” button.
Step 2. Choose the authorized stores and click on “Sync Orders”
After the sync order process is completed , in the “result” column, merchants can check how many orders succeed or fail to be synced up.
In the Order index, merchants can find orders with different statuses accordingly in the corresponding tab. For definition of each order tabs, please refer: How ShopHub classified the orders?
Other than search orders, merchants can also use the “filter” tool on the top of the order list, to filter out the orders they’d like to find.
