How to Manage Shopee Discount Promotions? – ShopHub Help Center

ShopHub supports viewing and managing discount promotions of multiple Shopee stores with quick editing and real-time display, so as to increase store’s transaction values.

Two kinds of status:

Upcoming: the discount promotion has been successfully created but not started yet

Ongoing: current discount promotions

1. How to create a discount promotion?

ShopHub supports creating and editing Shopee discount promotions.

Step 1, authorize Shopee stores(before creating Shopee discount promotions, you need to authorize the Shopee store. If your store has already been authorized, skip this step)

Go to [Authorize] > [Stores], click [Authorize] at top right corner, select Shopee and enter store name, then click [Authorize now]

Step 2, create a discount promotion

1）go to [Promotions] > [Discount promotions], click [Create a discount promotion], enter basic information page and complete the input

Attention:

the promotion cannot last for more than 180 days
starting time must be later than current time, and ending time must be 1 hour later than the starting time

2）click [+Add products], select store’s products for the promotion, then click [Confirm]

Note: you can select at most 50 products for a single discount promotion

3）edit promotional product information, enter [Discount] and [Discount price], set [Promotional inventory] and [Purchase limit]

Enable: activate [Enable] button, this SKU will be put in discount promotions
Promotional inventory

Limited: inventory quantity for the promotion is limited

Unlimited: inventory quantity for the promotion is consistent with product inventory quantity

Purchase limit

Limited: enter the product quantity, and customers will purchase this product without exceeding maximum quantity. 0 < input quantity ≤ product inventory quantity

Unlimited: customers will purchase this product without quantity limit

Bulk edit: supports editing discounts, promotional inventory and purchase limit for promotional products in bulk. When selected [Don’t update] for [Promotional inventory] and [Purchase limit] and and clicked [Apply to all], entered promotional inventory and purchase limit will not be modified.

4）click [Publish] at bottom right corner, the discount promotion will enter [Not started] status. When the promotion starts, it will be moved to [Ongoing] status

2. How to synchronize discount promotions?

Supports manually synchronizing ongoing Shopee discount promotions to ShopHub for management

2.1 bulk synchronize store’s discount promotions

Step 1, go to [Promotions] > [Discount promotions], click [Synchronize discount promotion] at top right corner

Step 2, select stores for synchronizing the discount promotions, click [Confirm] at bottom right corner, then discount promotions in Shopee stores will be synchronized to ShopHub

2.2 synchronize a single discount promotion

Under [Ongoing] and [Upcoming] status, select discount promotions, then click [Synchronize] at the right side.

This discount promotion will be synchronized to corresponding Shopee store

3. Manage discount promotion

When successfully created discount promotion, ShopHub supports [Edit], [Synchronize], [Delete], [End] discount promotions in [Ongoing] and [Upcoming] status

3.1 under [Ongoing] status, ShopHub supports [Edit], [Synchronize],[End] discount promotions

[Edit]: supports modifying discount promotion name, ending time, adding / deleting products

[End]: this discount promotion will be terminated and ended

Note: when changing the ending time, it can only be modified as a date earlier than original one

3.2 under [Upcoming] status, ShopHub supports [Edit], [Delete], [Synchronize] discount promotions
